Lori blends years of real estate experience with a corporate background in internet marketing and a degree in marketing. When working with home Sellers, she works diligently to prepare the home for market, price it competitively and utilize the Internet as her most valuable marketing tool. When working with home Buyers, Lori listens to each Buyer’s unique needs and works tirelessly to find the perfect home within budget. The Glue that holds us together, Lil
Licensed Realtor, Lil Locicero, oversees all transaction details. Lil manages and syndicates our listings and communicates with our Sellers. Once we are under contract, Lil manages the file through inspections, title work and coordinates with all parties towards a smooth closing.
Lil also schedules showings for Buyers and provides back up to Lori on closing paperwork. She is available by phone or e-mail to answer your questions and communicate with you throughout the sales process.
