Riverview Historic District
Residents of the Riverview neighborhood have the obvious advantage of being within walking distance of Tulsa’s RiverPark and also located just south of downtown Tulsa. A mixture of single-family homes, historic apartments and condos, the Riverview Historic District has much to offer renters, home-owners and visitors.
The primary residential construction in Riverview was between 1911 and 1938. Riverview was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 2007.
Architectural styles found in the Riverview neighborhood include bungalow/craftsman style, Tudor revival, Prairie school and Colonial Revival. Homes of significance in Riverview include the Clinton-Hardy house, the Bird house, the Kerr house, the Resonance mansion and the McBirney mansion.
