Lori Cain, Realtor®
Welcome To My Website
Hi there! As a professional, full-time Midtown Tulsa Realtor® since 2003, I have represented buyers and sellers with passion, professionalism, and high ethical standards. When you work with me, you will gain the advantage of my deep understanding of the Midtown Tulsa real estate market including current trends, property values, and neighborhood information.
My husband Demetrius and I live in the Buena Vista neighborhood, which is part of the Riverview neighborhood, located south of downtown and adjacent to Maple Ridge. My husband’s parents bought this home when Demetrius was six months old, so we are the senior neighbors on our stretch of South Cheyenne (SoChey). We love the walkability of our neighborhood, the relationships with our neighbors, the mature trees and sidewalks – and we love being “river rats!”
I listen actively, ask the right questions, and provide clear and concise information to my clients. My strong communication skills come into play when negotiating deals and resolving conflicts. Above all, I am resourceful and adept at finding solutions to problems that may arise during the buying or selling process.
Midtown Tulsa is the best little corner in Tulsa and I think everyone should be lucky enough to live here! Give me a call – I’ll show you around!
My Love Affair With Midtown Tulsa
The stunning architecture and historic homes in Midtown Tulsa instantly won my heart when I moved here in 1980. The residents here are warm, generous, and culturally diverse. We cycle, recycle and try to take care of our Mother Earth. Our farmer’s markets and locally-owned small businesses and restaurants are our favorite places to shop and dine. We treasure our arts districts, symphony, museums, and the plethora of cultural offerings. We sit on our front porches and visit with neighbors as they walk down our sidewalks. Most of all, we love our century-old trees that provide much-needed shade.

My Background
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Marketing at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah Oklahoma. I then moved to Tulsa immediately after graduation! My first home was in Fair Heights in an adorable bungalow at 15th and Jamestown. I particularly loved walking and cycling distance to the many shops and restaurants along Cherry Street. That’s when my love affair with Midtown Tulsa began.
My first home purchase was in Florence Park, and my English Tudor was the perfect home for a girl and her dog! There I learned to garden and began bird watching. The best part of that neighborhood was the community shared with my neighbors. We looked out for one another, knew each other’s children and pets by name, and truly felt like a large family.
When I married my husband, I moved to Riverview and became a river rat – an honor I wear proudly! Overall, this is by far my favorite neighborhood, although I have fond memories of Fair Heights and Florence Park.
