Over the past several months, the median sales price for a home in the Renaissance neighborhood was $251,000, about 11% lower than the Midtown average of $280,000. The average home here sells for about 97% of the list price. Demonstrating high buyer demand, homes for sale in the Renaissance neighborhood are on the market for just 20-30 days from listing to closing.
