Veterans United Network and Active Rain members discuss VA financing
As most of you know, I blog on Active Rain, a national real estate network with 200,000+ of my closest friends!
ActiveRain Agents Hanging Out For Veterans
Yesterday, several “Rainers” joined Sarah Hill, an Emmy award winning Hangout Host, Video Storyteller and Social Media Strategist for the Veterans United Network for a “hangout” to be broadcast on the Veterans United channel.
Seasoned blogger and Google+ Champion, Carra Riley hosted the hangout with Sarah. Carra is an author, speaker, consultant AND Realtor from Williams Arizona – amazing woman and friend.
Participants from ActiveRain included Margaret Rome (Baltimore Maryland), Janis Borgueta (Newburgh New York), Cindy Jones (Woodbridge Virginia) and myself, Lori Cain (Tulsa Oklahoma).
Representatives from Veterans United, Alissa Gerke and Carla Blair-Gamblian, were in the hangout to update us a bit about VA financing and eligibility, while Realtors from across the country discussed their experiences with VA Buyers and how receptive Sellers may be towards VA financing.
On the eve of Veterans Day, this seemed to be an especially appropriate topic for a hangout – VA financing is but one way we can honor and appreciate members of the military and their service to our country. View a video of our hangout below!
Basics of VA Financing
