Gratitude with insufficient words and a completely invented one.

It was in my hand, but one look at the reception room where numerous grouplets of people waded in and out made me tuck my invitation to the reception back into my purse.
Which is too bad. I’ve heard that Tracy Letts, Estelle Parsons and the cast and crew of "August: Osage County" were so appreciative of the welcome they received at Tuesday’s opening night performance at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center.
Honestly, I’ve still not found the words to discuss the show and the evening. I went with a small group of friends and ran into even more. Can’t remember the last time I felt a part of such an important event.
Am in awe, honestly, especially when you see Parsons taking her bow, clearly spent from a hard night’s work.
Thanks to everyone who brought "August: Osage County" here and to those who made something special happen on stage last night.
Post script: I don’t believe "grouplets" is an actual word. But it oughta be.
