We’ve pulled comps on neighboring properties, discussed resale value, investigated age and condition of heat, air and roof, speculated about what dilemma the Seller may or may not be in and how flexible they might be with price . . .

“Try to decide which house you see yourself raising your family in – which house FEELS more comfortable to you, which one seems like home.”
As long as you are paying fair value for the home you ultimately choose, please don’t make this decision more complicated than it already is. You’ve taken this process seriously and done your due diligence.
