Florence Park Market Report July 17, 2012
Florence Park is one of the most coveted neighborhoods in midtown Tulsa boasting an array of architectural styles and known for the charming English brick bungalows. In addition to being an enchanting neighborhood, it exhibits a true sense of community – an involved neighborhood association and neighbors treat each other like family.
You’ll find the streets lined with beautiful mature trees offering shade over porches and observe meticulously landscaped yards. Folks walk their pups on the sidewalk and stop to visit with one another.

The majority of homes in Florence park were built in the 1920s and 1930s. Lot sizes are 50-feet wide by 130-feet in length. At that time, most homes were built with two bedrooms and one bath – probably a 1-car garage. As we have improved and expanded our homes, several properties in Florence Park now offer more bedrooms and bathrooms.
Florence Park has not really experienced the same level of urban infill that other midtown neighborhoods have. The only “newer” home sold this year was one built in 1996.
Within Florence Park are two actual parks: Pratt Park and Florence Park, where you’ll find tennis courts, picnic benches, playground facilities and water features. Within close proximity to Florence Park is Utica Square Shopping Centre, St. John’s Hospital, Tulsa University and Cherry Street dining and shopping.
Boundaries of Florence Park are 15th Street to the north, 21st Street to the south, Harvard to the east and the Broken Arrow Expressway to the west.
