Mrs. DeHaven’s Flower Shop Harvest Art Faire, November 6, 2010, Tulsa Oklahoma
Join outside Mrs. DeHaven’s Flower shop on Saturday November 6, 2010 for the Harvest Art Faire. Mrs. DeHaven’s locally-owned floral shop is located on the south-east corner of 15th & Boston and the event will be from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
The “art faire” is expected to be quite “an affair” with 21 local artists gathering to sell their wares. You’ll be able to shop for photography, jewelry, ceramics, fine paintings, wood turning and more!
The highlight of the day will be the unveiling of Mrs. DeHaven’s keepsake poster of the historic storefront painted by local artist Stephen Smith. A portion of the proceeds from the sales will go to the Parent/Child Center of Tulsa.
There will be live music by local band, “Vintage Wildflowers” and there will be face painting for the kids. There is no admission to the event.
Mrs. DeHaven’s Flower Shop Harvest Art Faire, November 6, 2010, Tulsa Oklahoma
Mrs. DeHaven’s Flower Shop is just a few blocks from our home and my husband has surprised me with beautiful floral arrangements from there for many years. I knew it had been in business for a long time, but discovered on Mrs. DeHaven’s web site that they have been serving Tulsa since 1905!!
Mrs. DeHaven’s business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday and address is 106 East 15th Street, just south of downtown Tulsa.
Come for the Faire (or affair) and get an early start on your holiday shopping. I’m excited to see the painting of the storefront too. See you there at the Faire!
