Preparing your midtown Tulsa home for sale well ahead of time
Two home sellers recently contacting me about preparing their midtown Tulsa home for sale at least a year in advance! They both wanted my advice on what improvements would improve their chance of selling quickly and for top dollar when they eventually put their midtown Tulsa home for sale on the market.
Although it’s business I won’t see for another year, I’m happy to preview their homes and discuss improvements now. I know these home sellers are going to provide me with a move-in ready property that will be easy to market and sell when the time comes.

Hi Lori, It’s much better to have to wait for a year for a client who has prepared their home for sale rather than to try and sell a home that’s not ready.

Lori these are very smart sellers! We all know how much it is to get a home ‘parade ready’ for sale. This makes so much sense to plan ahead.

Absolutely excellent advice…just as I don’t put listings in the MLS until all pictures are taken and copy is ready, it is best to be 100% ready when putting a home on the market.
