The Renaissance neighborhood is south of the University of Tulsa and north of Florence Park. It’s the midtown Tulsa area between Lewis and Harvard, 11th to 15th.

Since the first of the year, 12 properties have CLOSED with five properties selling between $109-$115 per square foot. Average size is 1,451 and average days on market is about three months – with several selling in the first two weeks on market.
If these pending properties close by mid or late May, that will total 24 closed properties in the midtown Tulsa Renaissance neighborhood in 2014. That represents an Absorption Rate Analysis of FIVE PROPERTIES SELLING PER MONTH.
This neighborhood is great for students attending the University of Tulsa, and it’s also a short distance to Reasor’s grocery. You can easily bicycle to Utica Square Shopping Center and to the dining and entertainment area – and farmer’s market – on the ever-popular Cherry Street.
