Tulsa IrishFest 2020
The organizers created this event specifically for families to enjoy together. Enjoy traditional Irish music performed all day long throughout the entire festival as well as Irish dancers. Come to Guthrie Green on Friday the 13th at 3 pm for some fun opening ceremonies on the main stage. Learn all about Irish arts and culture. And, of course, you absolutely must try traditional Irish cuisine, such as corned beef and hash prepared and served by My Baby Can Cook food trailer.
Kids Zone
Let the kids run loose in the free Kids Zone. Here, kiddos play the Hay Hurl Challenge, Shamrock-hole (the Irish version of cornhole) or the traditional Irish game of skittles (think bowling meets shuffleboard). Go on a treasure hunt. Plant some shamrocks. Get a temporary tattoo or make your own shamrock necklace.
T-Shirt Giveaway
Right now, organizers of IrishFest want to give away a free T-shirt to one of their lucky followers on Facebook. Simply visit their Facebook page here. Tag three people you plan on bringing with you to the festival. Then, wait for them to name the winner. Good luck!
